Product Description
This machine is a flat-mouth vertical mixer, which operates smoothly, is reliable, has low noise, long service life, and is easy to install and maintain.
1. Mobile mixers should be secured with square timber or a support frame and kept level.
2. Before operation, check and confirm that the transmission structure, working device, and safety devices are secure and reliable, and that operation is flexible. The belt tension should be appropriate, and the gap between the mixing blades and the drum wall should be between 3-8mm.
3. Before use, add approximately 8 kg of gear lubricating oil. For gearboxes of 1000 liters or more, add 15-20 kg.
4. After starting, run the mixer idle for 2-5 minutes to check that the mixing blades rotate in the correct direction before adding materials and water to begin mixing.
5. During operation, never insert your hands or wooden sticks into the mixing drum or clean mortar from the drum opening!
6. If a malfunction occurs during operation and mixing cannot continue, immediately disconnect the power, pour out the mortar from the bucket, and only resume use after troubleshooting.
7. Before operation, remove mortar and accumulated material from the machine, clean it with water, perform maintenance, disconnect the power, and lock the machine door.
