Structural Features of the Horizontal Mortar Mixer: This machine features a horizontal cylindrical body equipped with a unique internal and external double-layer spiral ribbon structure. It operates smoothly, offers reliable quality and low noise levels, boasts a long service life, and facilitates convenient installation and maintenance.
1. Mobile mixers must be secured using wooden blocks or support frames and maintained in a level position.
2. Before operation, inspect and verify that the transmission mechanism, working components, and safety guards are secure, reliable, and function smoothly. Ensure that the V-belts have appropriate tension, the clearance between the mixing blades and the drum wall is between 3 and 5 mm, and the seals at both ends of the mixing shaft are intact.
3. Add the required lubricating oil before use.
4. After starting the machine, allow it to run idle initially to verify that the mixing blades are rotating in the correct direction; only then may materials and water be added to commence the mixing operation.
5. During operation, strictly prohibit inserting hands, wooden sticks, or similar objects into the top of the mixer, or attempting to clear mortar from the drum opening.
6. If a malfunction occurs during operation that prevents continued mixing, immediately cut off the power supply. Empty the mortar from the drum; the machine may only be put back into service after the fault has been rectified.
7. Upon completion of work, remove all residual mortar and accumulated material from the machine, rinse it thoroughly with water, perform necessary maintenance, cut off the power supply, and lock the control cabinet door.
